Wouldn’t It Be Nice?

photo (1)This showed up in my mail this morning and I couldn’t help but think, wouldn’t it be nice if this were showing up in mailboxes all over the world? Now admittedly, I can’t say with certain that this didn’t show up in mailboxes all over the world. Perhaps it has, and the response has just been slow. Incredibly, frustratingly slow.

What I really wonder is this; what is Amazon doing? Why are they advertising my books to me? Do they think I don’t know the stories? Do they think seeing them listed there, so reasonably priced, will encourage me to buy my own books? How does that saying go? “You’re preaching to the choir”? I know how good these books are. It’s the rest  of the world who has so far been a little slow to the party.

I am crossing everything I have to cross, that the party is soon to get underway. If you are looking for something to read this summer, or need an entertaining gift for someone, look no further. I have written you hours and hours worth of interesting, entertaining stories. Come to the party! It’ll be delicious in every way!

I know Amazon is incredibly busy, but don’t you think there should be a little heads up to the staff as to who has contributed blood sweat and tears to their product line? Lame…is all I can say! Still, I am highly impressed with what you’ve accomplished…congratulate yourself for supplying the masses with summer reading.
